Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and for international orders, DHL Express.
- Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier you select.
- International Shipping: International orders are available through DHL Express. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 3-5 business days to process.
- Orders placed after 2pm CST will begin processing next business day.
NOTE: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2 PM CST will be considered for same-day processing when possible. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping label is created.

Common Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Within 1–3 business days. Custom products ship within 3-5 business days.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you by email if we expect a delay longer than 5 business days.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Email us at support@rootsandessence.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After it’s shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if it's still within the 12-hour window before we process it. Email us at support@rootsandessence.com as soon as possible.
